We are pleased to announce that First Actuary is now able to provide medical underwriting within its life interest valuation service.
Life interest valuations will now include a preliminary health declaration reviewed by an independent underwriter, at no extra cost, within the standard service.
Should the preliminary declaration indicate further specific underwriting is required First Actuary can refer clients to an independent underwriting consultant for a more complete assessment, the outcome of which can be used for a more accurate valuation where the life has specific medical issues.
